Refund policy

This policy explains returns and refunds for physical products and clarifies refunds for digital services/subscriptions.

1) Physical product returns (if applicable)

Eligible physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Unused and in resellable condition

  • Returned with original packaging and included accessories

  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt)

2) Items generally not eligible for return

Unless defective on arrival or required by law:

  • Gift cards and digital products

  • Clearance/final sale items

  • Items returned with signs of use, missing parts, or damage

  • Special-order/custom items (if applicable)

3) Digital access, memberships, and subscriptions

  • Digital access (downloads, member portals, streaming content) is typically non-refundable once access is delivered, unless required by law.

  • Subscriptions: you can cancel future renewals anytime. Charges already processed for the current billing period are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise in the offer.

4) How to start a return/refund request

Email support@gainthreesixzero.com with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) or plan name

  • Reason for request

  • Photos if damaged or incorrect (for physical goods)

If eligible, we’ll provide instructions and, when needed, an RMA reference.

5) Return shipping costs

  • Change of mind / wrong item ordered: customer pays return shipping

  • Wrong item shipped / defective on arrival / transit damage: we cover reasonable return shipping after verification

6) Inspection & refund timing

Returns are inspected within 5–7 business days after delivery to us. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; banks may take 3–7 business days to post the credit.

7) Cancellations

If you cancel before shipment, we refund minus a 5% processing offset (non-recoverable payment processor fees). If it has shipped, the return process applies.

8) Delivery issues

Report missing/damaged/incorrect shipments within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). Include photos when possible.
