Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy covers orders for physical products. If you purchase digital access or services, delivery is provided via email/account access.

1) Shipping coverage

We ship to U.S. addresses. Some items may be restricted due to size, weight, or carrier rules.

2) Processing time

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). If an item is backordered or requires special handling, we’ll notify you.

3) Transit estimates (after dispatch)

  • Standard: typically 3–7 business days

  • Expedited: typically 2–5 business days (if available at checkout)

Transit windows are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

4) Tracking & split shipments

Tracking is emailed when a label is created; first carrier scans may take up to 48 hours. Some orders may ship in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

5) Address accuracy

Please verify your shipping address and contact number at checkout. Returned packages due to address issues may require reshipping fees.

6) Damaged, missing, or delayed packages

Email support@gainthreesixzero.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). Include your order number and photos (if damaged).
